Cancellation Policy
At Destiny Wonders, we strive to create a space filled with love, kindness, and empathy, where everyone feels welcome and valued. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, please review our booking policies: No Violence and Verbal Abuse Policy: Destiny Wonders has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence or verbal abuse towards our staff or other clients. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of service and may lead to a permanent ban from our salon. No Discrimination Policy: We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a non-refundable fee. Late Arrival Policy: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late arrival fee may apply. The non-refundable booking fee will not be returned in cases of late arrival that result in a missed or shortened appointment.
